He has been a lifelong resident of Polk County, NC. Bob has been married to his wife Linda for 45 years (since 1980). Together they have two sons, five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC.\u00a0 He spent 30 years working for USDA\u2019s Farm Service Agency.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mr. Holbert was employed with the Polk County Clerk of Court\u2019s Office for ten years.
