The principal portion of the event was a panel discussion by the \u201cMediators of the Round Table\u201d.\u00a0 The program was very informative touching on important mediation topics including:\u00a0 unannounced persons attending mediations, mediators acting as scribner for mediation agreements, conflicts of interest, known misrepresentation of facts in a mediation, and other pertinent issues.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission celebrated 2024 Conflict Resolution Day on Thursday, October 17, 2024.
