For these courses, students who are <strong>residents of North Carolina pay $558 in tuition and fees per course<\/strong> and <strong>out-of-state students pay $1,308 in tuition and fees per course<\/strong>*. These courses are delivered asynchronously fully online and are offered by WCU&#8217;s residential degree program (not WCU&#8217;s distance degree program).\u00a0 Students who are not currently enrolled at WCU must also pay a one\u2011time $65 application fee.
