For example.  Put all the tables nested against the wall and circle up the chairs for a sharing time.




Curriculog Training

We will have several Curriculog training sessions in the near future for those who utilize our curriculum management system to create new programs/courses, make program/course changes, or review curriculum proposals.
These training sessions will give you an opportunity to learn hands-on how to:
·         enter a proposal in Curriculog
·         run an impact report
·         create a meeting agenda
·         record decisions as a reviewer
We intend to provide an overview of available resources, present the overall Curriculog program structure, and highlight a newly developed style guide.  The sessions are intended for anyone new to using the Curriculog system or for those looking for a refresher.

Session Self-Registration Instructions

Follow the instructions below to register yourself for a F2F session in MyQM.

  1. Open an Internet browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).
  2. Enter into the address bar.
  3. Enter your MyQM email address and password. If you do not already have a MyQM account, follow the steps below to create one:
    1. Select “No, I am new here.”
    2. Select the Sign In button.
    3. Enter your email address, first name, last name, and institution/organization.
    4. Enter your desired password.
    5. Enter your desired password again to confirm.
    6. Select your preference for receiving QM emails.
    7. Enter GETACCT into the verification box.
    8. Select the Create Account button.
      1. If prompted, select your institution from the list provided.
      2. Select the Create Account button.
    9. You will receive a confirmation email from with the subject line “Quality Matters – MyQM – New Account Created” at the email address you used to create your MyQM account (check your spam folder if you do not see this email in your inbox).
  4. Select the Sign In button.
  5. If prompted, accept the Terms of Use and select your preferred program.
  6. Select the “Workshop – Register” menu.
  7. Select the Dedicated Training link.
  8. Select the Register link for the session for which you wish to register. If the session you are looking for does not appear in the list, you may need to select a different program using the “Select Program” menu on the right-hand side of the page or the program tabs at the top of the page.
  9. Select the Submit Training Registration button.
  10. Select the Confidentiality and Limited License Agreement link and read the agreement.
  11. Select the check box and the Submit button to indicate you agree to the agreement.
  12. A confirmation message will appear indicating you have successfully submitted the agreement. You will also receive an email confirmation. You are now registered for the session.Detailed Instructions With Links
