The goal is to make more of our knowledge and expertise available to you as quickly as it can be had.
For the past year, we have been training members of the IT Help team to work with basic Blackboard requests and have been working to more effectively share and pool our knowledge of other supported systems like Office365 and Panopto.
We are also working to build out our web-based resources in both the knowledge base and on the CFC website so that you can find what you need, when you need it.
