The educational technology team of the CFC is aligning more fully with the university-wide services offered through IT help.


The goal is to make more of our knowledge and expertise available to you as quickly as it can be had.

For the past year, we have been training members of the IT Help team to work with basic Blackboard requests and have been working to more effectively share and pool our knowledge of other supported systems like Office365 and Panopto.


We are also working to build out our web-based resources in both the knowledge base and on the CFC website so that you can find what you need, when you need it.

During working hours, feel free to call our main line at 7196, but recognize that any educational technology requests will be forwarded to lmssupport@wcu.edu which is being monitored by ITHelp and then will be forwarded via the time-tracking system to the appropriate person on our Educational Technology team if the folks at the Help Desk are not able to solve the issue with you.
