One of our educational developers will visit your class to facilitate a focus group with your students while you step out. Students share their feedback confidentially and anonymously, highlighting what\u2019s working well and what could be reconsidered. Afterward, we schedule a consultation to help you implement student feedback effectively by drawing from evidence-based teaching practices and provide you with a detailed report.<\/p>\n<p>By engaging in this process, you gain direct insight into student experiences and practical recommendations to enhance your teaching &#8211; while fostering a more collaborative and responsive learning environment.<\/p>\n<p>Participating in a Teaching Analysis Poll (TAP) is a simple, three-step process designed to give you meaningful, mid-semester feedback from your students.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.4&#8243; The process follows three key stages:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"648\" data-end=\"785\"><strong data-start=\"789\" data-end=\"845\">1. Individual Feedback<\/strong><br data-start=\"845\" data-end=\"848\" \/>Students begin by reflecting on their own learning experiences and individually responding to our prompts.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_3&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1226\" data-end=\"1265\">2. Small-Group Discussion<\/strong><br data-start=\"1265\" data-end=\"1268\" \/>Students then form small groups to discuss and refine their responses. Each group submits a collective response, identifying common themes.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1442\" data-end=\"1478\">3. Whole-Class Discussion &amp; Ranking<\/strong><br data-start=\"1478\" data-end=\"1481\" \/>Groups share their top priorities for what\u2019s working well and what could be improved. One of our educational developers visits a class and conduct a focus group to determine what is working well in the course and what might be reconsidered. The teacher is not present and students share their opinions confidentially and anonymously.
