Help Shape the Future of the Coulter Faculty Commons\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

At the Coulter Faculty Commons (CFC), everything we do is grounded in our commitment to supporting our teaching community members – as teachers, scholars, and leaders. This year, we\u2019re taking a closer look at how you experience the resources and support available to you, and how we can better align our programs with what you truly need.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To start, we\u2019ll soon launch an\u202fonline survey\/needs assessment. By taking part, you\u2019ll help us better understand your teaching experiences, priorities, and challenges, so we can design programming that reflects your reality in the classroom and beyond.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Listening Sessions This Fall\u00a0<\/h3>\n

Alongside the survey, we\u2019ll also be hosting a series of\u202flistening sessions, both in-person and online, throughout the fall semester. These sessions are relaxed, open conversations where you\u2019ll be invited to share your thoughts, ideas, and insights with the CFC staff.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Think of them as our way of asking:\u202f
<\/span>What do you need from us? What\u2019s working? Where are the gaps? What would make your teaching and leadership journey easier or more inspiring?<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
