Lynn B. Davis, 69, wife of James Donald Davis, of Seneca, passed away on Monday, September 9, 2024, at Cottingham Hospice House.

Born in Fort Huachuca, AZ and raised in Asheville, NC, Mrs. Davis was the daughter of the late Roderick H. and Loraine Kurth Bosse. After graduating from Western Carolina University, Mrs. Davis taught within the School District of Oconee County, retiring after 28 years. She was a member of St. Mark United Methodist Church.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Davis is survived by her son: Matt Davis (Tiffany); daughter: Katie Miers (Tyler); brother: Rod. H. Bosse, Jr.; and grandchildren: Taylor Davis, Ellie Davis, Bo Davis, Cooper Davis, McKinley Miers, Davis Miers, and Emmy Miers.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her sister: Jill Bosse.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, September 13, 2024, at Davenport Funeral Home.

A visitation will be held from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at Davenport Funeral Home.
