She was predeceased by: her husband William Joseph Sherrill (Joe); her parents, Coy Hogg and Hazel Hogg; her stepmother Vergie Hogg; her granddaughter Hannah Morgan Keller; her brother Leonard Hogg (Ginny); her siblings-in-law, Marie Cagle (Bill), Charles Mazo, James Hunt, Jim Sherrill and Harold Sherrill; and her sibling’s children, Denise Dillon, Sandy Buggeln, Karen Sherrill and Russ Cagle.

She is survived by: her daughters, Elaine Sherrill Wathen of Raleigh and Connie Sherrill Morgan of Raleigh; her grandchildren, Lori Thompson (Kelly) of Wilson, Cheryl Bunn (Jerry) of Sims and Jeremy Morgan of Raleigh; her grandson-in-law Joel Keller of Raleigh; her great grandchildren, Angel Fraser (Alex), Dylan Thompson, Cooper Thompson, Tyler Bunn, Bryson Bunn, Cassie Bunn, Austin Keller and Barbara Ann Keller; and her siblings, Barbara Mazo of Port Richey, Ed Hogg of Lake City and Marth Hunt of Wesley Chapel, Florida.
