Jane Vernon Reece of Zephyrhills, Florida, passed away on September 3, 2024. Jane was the daughter of May Mitchell Reece and Vernon Lewis Reece of Cramerton, NC. After graduation from Cramerton High School, Jane continued her education at Presbyterian College, Florida State University and Western Carolina University, the majority of her professional career was at Spartanburg Technical College where she worked in staff development and grant writing. Jane is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Susan and Larry Jenkins, their daughter and son-in-law, Tonyna and Brian Weiner and their children, Carson and Zachary Weiner. Jane’s special talents and interests were singing, working with pastels, reading and writing. She was in the process of writing the story of her life. A private celebration of Jane’s life will be observed by her family.
