Betty Lee “Bea” Stoffel Williams died on December 9, 2024. She was born June 16, 1951 to Ernest Lee Stoffel and Betty Carlyle Williams Stoffel. She grew up in the first Presbyterian Church in Charlotte NC, attended Myers Park High School, graduated from Warren Wilson College and earned her Masters in Counseling from Western Carolina University. She worked for Buncombe County Social Services before retiring. She is preceded in death by her parents and her older brother Bob Stoffel. She is survived by her husband Darren Kitto, her son John Follett and her brother Lee and sister Bonnie.
