Sharon K. Heatherly

Sharon was born on February 9, 1971 and she has been a blessing each and every day of her life of 54 years. She was a graduate of Enka High School and continued her education at Brevard College and later received a Bachelor’s Degree from Western Carolina University. She had been employed in the Hotel Management Industry, and with her sweet and kind personality she always made friends so easily.

Sharon’s love and kindness touched the lives of all who knew her. She was a devoted daughter, a loving mother, a cherished sister, and a dear aunt. Her family was the center of her life, and her boys were her pride and joy. She loved each of them with all her heart and soul.

She enjoyed sports, especially with her boys and taking trips to the beach and feeling the sand beneath her feet. The beauty of the ocean brought Sharon great peace and solace.

We will find comfort in the precious memories Sharon leaves behind and the example of the wonderful person she was all throughout her life. She shall be deeply missed, but we rejoice knowing she is in God’s care forever and ever.

Sharon was preceded in death by her father, Fred Heatherly.

Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Marie Heatherly, of Candler; her sons, Devon and Dylan Davidson of Asheville; her brothers, Charles Heatherly (Karen) of Spartanburg, SC, Tim Heatherly of Candler and Steve Heatherly (Lori) of Danville, VA; nephews, Tyler Heatherly (Logan) of Rockingham, NC, Nathan Heatherly of Charlotte, Noah Heatherly (Taylor) of Knoxville, TN and Joshua Heatherly of Charlotte.
