Sydney was born in Front Royal, VA, on June 8, 1951, to John Edward Williams, Jr. and Marie Thomason Williams, both of whom preceded her in death.<\/p>\n
Sydney graduated from Rockingham High School in 1969, then went on to Western Carolina University, earning a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Marketing. She worked for 30 years as Bookkeeper\/Office Manager at Tomlinson\u2019s Warehouse Sales in Surfside Beach, SC.<\/p>\n
Listening to beach music was one of Sydney\u2019s favorite things to do. She was also an avid Clemson University football fan, hardly ever missing a televised game.<\/p>\n
She is survived by her brother, Johnna and wife, Alisa, of Southern Pines. Also surviving are three nephews -Alan, Zach (Emily), and Keith (Andrea), as well as four great-nephews and two great-nieces.<\/p>\n
