Hinds University Center, 3rd floor<\/p>\n<p><b>Parking:<br \/><\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/map.concept3d.com?id=966#!ct\/43743?ce\/28802?mc\/35.31022497958912,-83.18384950049223?z\/17\"><b>See the Parking Map<br \/><\/b><\/a>Reid meter lot will be reserved with a police officer at the entrance allowing complimentary parking for guests for the Town Hall. When entering campus at the main entrance, turn left at the roundabout and the parking lot will be on your right. Look for signs for parking and signs to the entrance to the UC Grandroom.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When:<br \/><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Thursday, October 3, 2019<br \/>8:15am until 2:30 pm (approximate). Lunch will be provided during working groups.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">The town Hall includes four breakout working groups designed for working professionals to put ideas into action. These are opportunities to network, brainstorm, and hatch plans for tangible next steps. She is the first female U.S. senator in West Virginia\u2019s history.\u00a0Senator Capito serves on the Appropriations Committee; the Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee; the Environment and Public Works (EPW) Committee; and the Rules and Administration Committee.<\/p>\n<p>A lifelong West Virginian herself, Senator Capito was born in Glen Dale in the Northern Panhandle. She holds a B.S. in Zoology from Duke University and a M.Ed from the University of Virginia. She and her husband Charles L. Capito Jr. reside in Charleston. They have three adult children: two sons, Charles (wife Laura) and Moore (wife Katie), and one daughter, Shelley (husband Colin Macleod).
