Mentoring relationships are <\/span>vital to the advancement of knowledge<\/span> and<\/span> part of the<\/span> <\/span>process to advance a discipline\u2019s collective<\/span> <\/span>expertise, skills, and techniques<\/span> <\/span>to <\/span>the next generation<\/span>, yet<\/span> it is often understated and poorly acknowledged.<\/span> <\/span>The 2022 Research and Scholarship Conference wishes to highlight the<\/span> impact of mentoring in<\/span> research, scholarship, and creative activities that faculty-student mentoring teams have advanced.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
