The Judicial Branch comprises the Chief Justice, the Associate Chief Justice, the Clerk of the Court, and Justices appointed at the discretion of the Chief Justice, who is appointed at the discretion of the Student Body President. The branch primarily oversees the Appeals Court, where students can go to appeal their parking tickets.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Chief Justice presides over the Judicial Branch, which oversees all Judicial sessions, including the Appeals Court for parking citations within the Student Government. The Chief Justice also administers the Oath of Office to all elected and appointed Officials of the Student Government Association.<\/p>\n
