Dr. Jose Hernandez, Keynote Dr. Hernandez is an Independent consultant and managing partner of Inclusive Planet 4 All, LLC- a limited liability corporation. He received his doctorate degree in education from the University of Central Florida; master\u2019s degree in counseling and bachelor\u2019s degree in psychology from Florida State University. He attended his freshman year at the University of Puerto Rico-Rio Piedras campus, and is fluent in English\/Spanish.<\/p>\n Dr. Hernandez retired as Chief Diversity Officer and Associate Vice President for the University of South Florida-USF- System, Tampa Florida (2013-2017). His previous roles included Associate Provost for Institutional Diversity at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (2008-2013); Director of Diversity and Inclusion at the University of South Florida (2002-2008) and Mc Nair Scholars Program Coordinator (2000-2002); Assistant Professor at Bethune-Cookman University-BCU in Daytona Beach, Florida (1987-2000), and Program Coordinator in the college of education; and Adjunct Faculty for Saint Leo University and Stetson University.<\/p>\n For 8 years, Dr. Hernandez was in the field of mental health counseling at Apalachee Community Mental Health Services-Tallahassee, FL and Act Corporation-Daytona Beach, FL, and he remains a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor (1985 to present). His debut album \u201cVayalo\u201d has been exclusively playing on Sirius XM and has been a top 5 album on the Billboard Comedy Charts.<\/p>\n Early in his career, Francisco was selected to perform in the CBS Multicultural Diversity Showcase, where he was one of 12 selected from a pool of 5,000 applicants. Francisco Ramos recently shot an HBO standup special \u201cEntre Nos\u201d that will air summer 2018. He was a top-ten finalist on Last Comic Standing 2015 and continues to flourish as an actor and voice-over artist in addition to touring as a stand-up comic across North America, most recently appearing in Showtime\u2019s \u201cShameless\u201d, \u201cAngie Tribeca\u201d from Steve Carell, Netflix\u2019s \u201cLady Dynamite\u201d, and voicing the role of Marmoset in the animated film \u201cRIO\u201d with Anne Hathaway and Jesse Eisenberg. He has also appeared on the hilarious @midnight on Comedy Central and several times on Jimmy Kimmel Live.<\/p>\n
