In April of 2019, Western Carolina University&#8217;s LatinX Appreciation Student Organization (LASO) inaugurated SL-SLC. The conference features nearly 30 workshops presented by leaders representing or serving the LatinX community. Through their engagement in the workshops, attendees will be empowered for success and leadership. In addition to workshops, attendees will have the opportunity to network and connect during various activities, such as the Friday night social activities and Saturday&#8217;s Noche de Gala.
