The October Question of the Month seeks feedback regarding the plaques that staff members currently receive for milestone years of service (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30+ years). If given the option, would you prefer to receive a plaque or an alternative gift? Please provide your feedback here.<\/a><\/p>\n

We value your input! The results we receive are shared with the Chancellor and WCU leadership and used to inform the work of the university.<\/p>\n

In consultation with the Senate and others, the Staff Engagement committee creates a \u2018question of the month\u2019 and asks the WCU community to respond with their comments and ideas. Staff Senate serves in an advisory capacity to the Chancellor and other university decision-making bodies. The senate is committed to representing and communicating the needs and priorities of staff, and also funds a scholarship for children of staff members.
