Please fill out the <a href=\"https:\/\/wcu.az1.qualtrics.com\/jfe\/form\/SV_07LEKXzxVAYXUpM\">survey<\/a> to let us know of staff you appreciate working with. Our hope is to take some of the responses given, and give shout-outs to staff for their hard work and dedication via blog posts.<\/p>\n<p>We value your input! The results we receive are shared with the Chancellor and WCU leadership and used to inform the work of the university. All responses are anonymous.<\/p>\n<p>In consultation with the Senate and others, the Staff Engagement committee creates a &#8216;question of the month&#8217; and asks the WCU community to respond with their comments and ideas. Staff Senate serves in an advisory capacity to the Chancellor and other university decision-making bodies. The senate is committed to representing and communicating the needs and priorities of staff, and also funds a scholarship for children of staff members.
