Please fill out the <a href=\"https:\/\/wcu.az1.qualtrics.com\/jfe\/form\/SV_eKzgWGDAvgkIVo2\">survey<\/a>\u00a0to let us know how you would like for us to serve our campus community.<\/p>\n<p>We value your input! The results we receive are shared with the Chancellor and WCU leadership and used to inform the work of the university. All responses are anonymous.<\/p>\n<p>In consultation with the Senate and others, the Staff Engagement committee creates a \u2018question of the month\u2019 and asks the WCU community to respond with their comments and ideas. Staff Senate serves in an advisory capacity to the Chancellor and other university decision-making bodies. The senate is committed to representing and communicating the needs and priorities of staff, and also funds a scholarship for children of staff members.
