Working in Human Resources allows for all of this, so it was the perfect fit for me.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is your role in human resources:<\/strong> I am an Human Resources Specialist on the Data Team. Primarily, I process all monthly actions that come through our office for faculty and staff. This includes extra compensations, promotions, horizontal transfers, longevity payments and legislative increases.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do you like most about working at WCU:<\/strong> I love working in higher education because of the impact it has in shaping the lives of students.
