To support university staff in navigating these shifts, the Resources &amp; Development Committee of WCU\u2019s Staff Senate is proud to present the\u00a0<strong>Pathways to Progress Panel Series<\/strong>\u2014a new initiative designed to inspire and engage staff by exploring diverse paths to professional growth and fulfillment.<\/p>\n<p>The second panel in this series, <strong>Changing Course<\/strong>, highlights the journeys of staff members who took bold steps to redefine their careers\u2014whether by transitioning into new roles or exploring different departments.<\/p>\n<p>Careers are rarely linear, and some of the most rewarding opportunities arise from embracing change. In this session, hear firsthand from staff who successfully navigated career shifts.
