Hypergraphs can be used to model everything from predicting database failures to data analysis. This project is an investigation into a &#8216;lifting&#8217; that allows one to construct r-uniform hypergraphs with certain properties by using r&#8217;-uniform hypergraphs with given properties where r &gt; r&#8217;.
