Strengthen elementary STEM teaching and learning in WNC

Learn from and with each other

Create sustained partnerships that organically grow

2025-2026

Our Community of Practice priority for 2025-2026 is to enhance grade-level specific supports that have potential for tangible impact on classroom practice.

Please join us on Friday, April 24, 2026 for our third annual in-person PD Day: WNC Elementary Science/STEM PD Day Retreat.

Earlier this year, we piloted this grade level collaboration with a third grade focus.  Stay tuned for more!

We are also partnering with NC DPI to co-sponsor and co-facilitate a book study on Rise and Thrive with Science: Teaching PK-5 Science and Engineering

Follow this website and join our contact list to stay up-to-date on these events.
