On Saturday, November 22 WheeTV covered the return of Asheville’s annual holiday parade.
Last year the parade was temporarily rebranded as the Asheville Holiday Jamboree because of the damage Hurricane Helene left to the area.
In past years WLOS would cover the event and although the demand was high they chose not to do it this time around.
When WheeTV heard about this they saw it as a great opportunity.
“Working on these events remind me of how much I love my job,” said WheeTV General Manager Jacob Pendergraph. “I’m thankful to the crew’s willingness to jump in on this shoot and help out on such short notice.”
This event marked the first collaboration between WheeTV and the Asheville Downtown Association.
Coverage from the event can be found on the official WheeTV YouTube channel and has quickly gotten the most views to date.
