Keynote, Concurrent Session, and Closing Plenary Presenter Check-in will be at the A.K. Hinds University Center

Notes on checking-in and preparation

• Presenters are asked to check-in at UC Grand Room approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of their concurrent sessions.

• • Keynote Speaker – 9:00 am – 9:30 am
  • Concurrent session 1 – 9:40 am – 10:30 am
  • Concurrent session 2 – 10:40 am – 11:30 am
  • Concurrent session 3 – 11:40 am – 12:30 pm
  • Closing Plenary – 12:40 pm – 1:00 pm
• CURE Volunteers will assist you in setting up your presentation and ensure your technology needs are met
• Come prepared with your presentation files and materials (need assistance contact the Honors College for help)

Before you arrive for your presentation you will receive confirmation details from the Brinson Honors College Staff, including your paperwork to receive your presenter stipend if applicable.
