Weekend parking is open to the public. Please park behind the A.K. Hinds University Center or in the Coulter Faculty Lot adjacent to the UC and Forsyth.

Community Partner Presenters Check-in is in Room 227 in the University Center.

Notes on checking-in and preparation

Presenters are asked to check-in at the University Center in Room 227 approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of their concurrent sessions.

- Keynote Speaker – 9:00 am – 9:30 am
- Concurrent session 1 – 9:40 am – 10:20 am
- Concurrent session 2 – 10:30 am – 11:10 am
- Concurrent session 3 – 11:20 am – 12:00 pm
- Closing Plenary – 12:10 pm – 12:30 pm
CURE Volunteers will assist you in setting up your presentation and ensure your technology needs are met.
Come prepared with your presentation files and materials (need assistance contact the Honors College for help).
