We have several locations in and around Cullowhee, NC, that have special rates reserved for NCHA 2024 attendees. The information provided below includes room rates and deadline dates to book at the special price. Please keep in mind the cut-off dates for each hotel below.
If you are booking by phone, please mention you’re attending the North Carolina Honors Association Conference and ask for the rates below. The arrival and departure dates are September 19-22, 2024.
Group Booking Information
Hotel will hold the following block of rooms for the group’s use but does not guarantee any particular rooms nor does it guarantee that rooms will be in proximity to each other.
GROUP ROOM RESERVATIONS
Guests are required to provide their own form of payment for room charges.
- Reservations may be canceled 48-hours before arrival.
- Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes. All rates are net and non-commissionable.
- Any “No Shows” are subject to the fee of one night’s lodging plus applicable taxes. Remaining nights will be released.
- Specific room types and special accommodations may be requested but are not guaranteed.
- Check-in 4:00pm. Check-out is 11:00am. Early arrivals and late departures are not guaranteed.
You do not have to sign anything as every guest is individual pay.

Reservations at the group rate will be accepted at the hotel until this date. All rooms remaining in your block after that date will be returned to general inventory for sale to other groups and/or individuals. Any reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be accepted based on availability, but will not receive the negotiated group pricing.
