Two events around diversity, equity, inclusivity, and belongingness will be held this spring. These are open events with the intention of sharing ideas, making connections, and discussing areas of interest or passions in research, community service, and action around inclusivity. We encourage each college, division, department, and senate to nominate at least two champions to join the discussion (the more the merrier!) and represent the work being done in each area.
- The first event takes place on Friday, February 2, 2024 in KA 136 from 11:30 am to 1:30 – a sort of BYO lunch and chat!
- The second event takes place on Thursday, April 4, 2024 in FO 329 from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm – a sort of BYO snack and share!
Campus partners may come in at any point and stay for however long they are able. We encourage bringing business cards, research topics of interest, suggestions for campus inclusivity work, and other discussion points.
