Mentoring and Persistence to Success (MAPS) supports first-generation college students and wants to include celebrations of our first-generation faculty and staff. For example, hosting an event for faculty and staff to be celebrated by their peers during First Gen Week!
The attached flyer and the same link below presents an opportunity for staff and faculty to identify as first-generation college students. This is our opportunity to bring people together and celebrate the achievements of our peers! Even if you do not identify as a First Generation Student yourself, we encourage you to pass this opportunity along to others in your departments or divisions to help spread the word.
