Staff Senate will hold their eighth meeting of the fiscal year next week!
This month’s meeting will be held on Thursday, March 19th at 3:00pm in the University Center Grandroom.
All meetings are open to the public and we welcome staff to attend. Light refreshments are provided. Hear directly from Chancellor Brown, Human Resource remarks from Cory Causby, and updates from both the Faculty Senate and SGA representatives. You can also hear from Staff Senate Executive Committee members of happenings and exciting new events coming up soon!
This week we will be hear from the offices of Student Retention and Accessibility Resources on their TRIO Grant eligibility. As well as, we will hear from Joe Walker, Associate Vice Chancellor for Facilities Management with a capital projects update.
Lastly, after a great success from the fall semester, we’ll be livestreaming the meeting via zoom. We always encourage other faculty, staff, or students to attend in person, however we understand getting out of the office isn’t always feasible. The zoom link is located below and is available for viewing with a Q & A option. All senators and external partners are asked to participate in person.
