Elections

The Governance Committee changed the Senator election process to nominees being elected based on their division of employment. Prior elections were divided based on the nominee’s job classification. After polling staff members and forming an ad hoc committee of past Senate Chairs, Governance proposed a change to the bylaws to modify the elections process which was approved through majority vote  by the senate general body.
