This project focuses on creating small care kits for individuals experiencing homelessness in Asheville.
The kits will include basic necessities and personal-care items to provide practical support to people in need. Small bags. Big impact.
If you would like to help, we will have a collection bin in the University Scholarships Office where you can donate items for the care kits.
Some helpful items include:
- Travel-size toiletries
- Toothbrushes and toothpaste
- Deodorant
- Hand warmers
- Socks
- Small snacks
- Other new, useful personal-care items
Any contribution is appreciated and will help students make a difference in the Asheville community.
They plan to deliver the kits in Asheville on October 25th.
