WCU Staff Senate is now accepting recipe submissions from all SHRA/ EHRA Non Faculty staff members for the inaugural Staff Senate cookbook! Proceeds of the cookbook sales, which will be on sale starting Mountain Heritage Day in September, will go directly to support the WCU Staff Senate Student Scholarship Fund. A fun way to connect with others across campus, the cookbook will feature recipe submissions in the following categories:
- Appetizers/ Tailgate
- Soups and salads
- Breakfast
- Lunch
- Dinner
- Desserts
- Drinks
Each staff member may submit up to 3 recipes for publication. Each selected recipe will be credited with the name of the faculty or staff member with an option to upload a photo to go along with the recipe. The deadline to submit recipes is April 22, 2022.
