The WCU Staff Senate is launching a virtual Employee Comment/Concern survey. This is just phase 1 of this initiative, spearheaded by the Staff Senate Human Resources Committee, to increase access for employees to share concerns, ideas, or praise. The HR Committee is keen that this project will bring forward new ideas and solutions for our campus. While phase 1 offers an opportunity to interact online, we understand some employees may not have regular access to complete an online survey. During phase 2 of this project, we will install in-person comment boxes in key areas around campus to increase the accessibility of all voices and to ensure that all voices are heard. Results from the survey will be compiled monthly by the Staff Senate HR Committee and shared with campus Administration as needed.
