This month, our NCFlex employee sessions will focus on preparing for Open Enrollment and plan changes for 2026. In this webinar, we will discuss the upcoming changes with NCFlex benefits as well as reminders for the 2026 plan year to prepare for Open Enrollment, which will be held October 13 – 31.
Topics will include the new Health Care and Dependent Day Care Flexible Spending Account contributions amounts, rate changes, a brief overview of all plans available and how to enroll.
