Jackson County – COVID-19 Community Survey

The WCU Staff Senate is sharing the below information at the request of the Jackson County Dept. of Public Health.  Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey. The survey will be open until December 4th.

The Jackson County Department of Public Health has developed a survey to learn more about our community’s perception of COVID-19 and the upcoming COVID-19 vaccine.  The survey is available in both English and Spanish.  Please take a moment to complete the survey to help us prepare for the upcoming vaccination campaign; feel free to share the survey widely.
