As part of the NC DOT Adopt-A-Highway program, Staff Senate has adopted Old Cullowhee Rd from the intersection of Hwy 107 to Bayside Dr.
Our next roadside litter pickup will be Wednesday, February 23rd 2:00p to 4:00pm for I Love WCU month.
Any and all staff or faculty are invited to participate.
Caravans will leave campus around 1:45 pm from the Bardo parking lot. Cleanup is expected to take approximately 2 hours.
Please wear comfortable clothing that can get dirty, shoes appropriate for walking a mile, and sun protection such as hat and sunglasses. Vests, gloves and trash bags will be provided. Event open to anyone age 18 and older. Please feel free to share with friends and co-workers who may want to join the effort.
