Insights from WCU’s Pathways to Progress Panel Series: Navigating Change
Change is a constant in higher education, shaping the way we work, connect, and grow. To support university staff in navigating these shifts, the Resources & Development Committee of WCU’s Staff Senate is proud to present the Pathways to Progress Panel Series—a new initiative designed to inspire and engage staff by exploring diverse paths to professional growth and fulfillment.
The first panel in this series, Adjusting to Change, will spotlight the experiences of staff members who have witnessed and adapted to significant transformations in higher education over the past two decades. From the rapid evolution of technology to shifts in campus culture, these panelists bring valuable perspectives on resilience, adaptability, and personal growth.
By sharing their stories, we hope to spark meaningful conversations and encourage staff to embrace change, invest in their professional development, and cultivate leadership within the university community. Whether you’re new to higher education or a long-standing member of the WCU team, this panel offers an opportunity to learn from colleagues who have successfully navigated transitions and continued to thrive.
Join us on Wednesday, February 12 at 1:30-2:30 PM in UC 215, The Catamount Room, for this insightful discussion and take the next step on your own pathway to progress! Stay tuned for event details and future panels in the series.
