The Staff Senate Professional Development Funds are currently closed for the 2023-2024 year. We will notify the campus community should additional funds become available. 

For the fifth year in a row, Staff Senate has professional development funds available for full-time, permanent staff members (SHRA or EHRA non-faculty) who have been employed by WCU for at least one (1) year in a full-time, permanent staff capacity. Any full-time, permanent staff member that has been employed by WCU for at least 1 year is eligible to apply for the Staff Senate Professional Development Fund! The Staff Senate Professional Development Fund, with support from the Office of Administration and Finance, has received a generous budget to award to eligible professional development activities. If you have a conference or workshop you would like to attend, a membership you want to renew, or any other eligible activities, you could receive up to $750 towards the cost!  Learn more about the fund at: https://affiliate.wcu.edu/staffsenate/professional-development/
