We are committed to creating a positive and lasting impression on every corner of campus, both inside and out.
We have over 200 employees that cover the 698 acres of campus, which includes 91 buildings covering over 3.2 million square feet of interior space. We process around 6,000 preventative work orders annually and provide the services of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Paint, Housekeeping, Landscape/Grounds, Water, Steam, Locksmith, Mechanics, and Event Setup.
